After 25 years in Midtown Manhattan, Paul Vuli has brought Fino to Westchester.

Vuli one of the most respected restaurateurs in the Albanian community, found his passion in the Italian kitchen early in his life. After stopping in Italy for a year on his way to America, Vuli started his professional career in the service industry in 1972 at Righi making salads, and was the executive chef within two months. Vuli was able to play with mediterranean flavors with confidence and “trusting his gut” as the Chef at Picolo Mondo for 11 years, until he opened Fino on 35th street in Manhattan, which was wildly successful for over 25 years. For Vuli, quality service was like second nature, in which he credits his culture, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all of his guests. Paul was able to successfully stray away from the “Americanized” Italian cuisine and go back to his roots with his dedication to the freshness of food especially pasta. Specializing in Northern Italian Cuisine Vuli stands for nothing less than great wine, food and service. With his influence on over 100 existing restaurants, Vuli has been featured in the New York Times, New York Magazine, Crain’s New York Business, The Wall Street Journal, Gourmet Magazine, The Daily News, and Newsday; all to rave reviews. His passion of providing great food and impeccable service, has led Paul to pour his heart into a project a little closer to home. The revival of Fino (which means ‘fine’ in Italian) located in Croton-on-Hudson is sure to be another success story on Vuli’s resume.

Come to Fino and ask for Paul Vuli, for a refreshing change from local Italian cuisine.
