Piano Piano Wine Bar

would be fun. Piano Piano is an Italian phrase meaning easy, easy. And it was used quite often by a very close family friend. It was even the name of his beloved boat. So after years of hearing the phrase, it stuck with us, and had a special meaning for us.

Opening a wine bar in the Village of Fishkill has been our dream for almost 20 years. And the dream wore off on our son Rich who attended college and obtained a degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Management. His college career was devoted to producing the business plan for Piano Piano. Our entire family is incredibly thankful for finally being able to implement that plan. It is truly a dream come true.

Our vision was to create an atmosphere for family and friends to come together to talk and relax. Family, good friends, good wine, and good food. Put it all together and take it easy for just a little while. Just you and those you care about sharing special moments with. Creating memories to cherish and last a lifetime. Hopefully we achieved our goal!!!!
