We’ve grown-up frequenting classic diners, so of course, we are inspired by them. A place for people to come meet, eat, drink and have fun. We blend a classic diner design with a big helping of Hudson Valley charm. Just like our food, it’s a unique blend of ingredients that’s delightfully unexpected. We like to refer to it as grown-up comfort food.
